Right now, someone's searching for what you do. If you're not on Google, they're calling someone else.

Worktap builds you a live, personalised website — built on a proven template and optimised for search from day one.

Fully managed. Nothing to learn. Nothing to run.

This isn't a DIY site builder. It's a done-for-you website.

You don't log in, drag boxes around, or fight with a template. You don't need photos sorted, or a logo, or the first idea what "SEO" means.

You tell us about your business. We build it, optimise it for search, and get it live. When something changes — your services, your area, your number — you tell us and we handle it. There's nothing to learn and nothing to manage.

You focus on the job in front of you. We'll make sure people can actually find you for the next one.

Most one-page trades sites have a "contact us" box that fires off an email and calls it done. That's not capture, it's a mailbox — the enquiry sits in an inbox, gets missed, never gets followed up. Every enquiry through your Worktap site is logged properly, not left to disappear.

No website costs you the job

A customer with a problem searches Google, not the Yellow Pages. If you're not there, or your Facebook page is the best they can find, you don't get considered — you get skipped.

An old, abandoned laptop gathering dust

An old website can be worse than none

If your site hasn't been touched in years, it's probably well behind what Google expects now. A site that isn't found is barely different from no site at all — it just costs more to maintain the illusion.

DIY builders can actively hurt you

Generic Wix or Squarespace sites are often invisible to search, not just unpolished. You could be paying monthly for something that's quietly working against you, and never know it.

Southampton Plumbing Services ranks #1 on Google — for its own name, and beyond.

It's a real site, built on the same template we'd build for you. It's currently ranking top of Google for "Southampton Plumbing Services," it's got Worktap answering its calls, and it's booking real jobs — not a mock-up, not a stock demo.

What happens when you sign up

01

Tell us about your business

Your services, your area, your contact details, and any photos or logo you've got. If you don't have photos or a logo, that's fine — we can help sort that too.

02

We build it on a proven template

Personalised to you, not built from scratch — that's how we keep it fast and keep the price at £399. Structure and design are proven; the details are yours.

03

Optimised for search at build time

Proper on-page SEO and Schema markup aligned to your Google Business Profile, done as standard — not an upsell, not an add-on.

04

Live once it's paid for

The site goes live as soon as payment's cleared. No drawn-out back-and-forth — most clients are live within days of sending their details.

Need something bigger than one page?

Some businesses need more than a one-page site — multiple service pages, a shop, a booking system, something built entirely from scratch rather than a template. That's not this product, but it's not out of reach either.

If that's you, get in touch and we'll talk it through properly. There's no fixed price for this — it depends what you actually need — so we'd rather have a real conversation than guess at a number on this page.

Questions we get asked

I'm on Facebook, isn't that enough?

Social pages are generally login-walled, so not everybody can see them — some people won't have or want a Facebook account. A proper website is open to anyone who searches for you.

I already paid for a website years ago, it just sits there

That's common, and it's fine — but it's probably well behind current Google standards for getting ranked. Worth having a proper look at what could actually bolster the business.

I don't have photos, content or a logo

That's fine, we can help with that. A website will dramatically help people find you and come to you when they've got a problem — the lack of assets isn't a reason to wait.

My nephew/son can build me one

That's great, if they've got the technical know-how to actually get it ranking in search engines — that's the harder part, not the building. Worth checking that's really covered before you rely on it.

Google finds me through my listing and reviews anyway

Worth checking that for yourself — search your own business and see whether you're actually on page one, and whether you're showing in Google Maps. Most people are surprised by the answer.

Is £399 actually worth it?

It's a genuinely fair price for what's included — build, hosting, optional domain, and proper SEO at launch. Set it against the cost of a competitor showing up first in search instead of you: that's very likely already costing you more than £399.

How do I know you're legitimate?

Fair question, especially if we've called you out of the blue. Have a look at southamptonplumbingservices.co.uk — that's a real, live client site, ranking and booking real work. Ask us for more examples if you want them.
